- Disbursements: Additional costs may include translation, printing, photocopying, and courier fees.
Who decides the outcome of my immigration application?
The decision on your immigration application is made by government entities such as Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), the Federal Court of Canada, or the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada. BN Borderless Immigration Services, Inc. is not affiliated with the government and does not have the authority to decide your case. Our role is to represent you and prepare your application to maximize the chances of a favorable decision.
