- Receive Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your details – the client intake form and email, as well as an invoice and payment link/e-transfer details.
- Profile Assessment Delivery: Within 2 business days upon receipt of payment, you will receive your profile assessment along with our recommendations and action plan.
- Submit Follow-Up Questions: Respond with a follow-up email to ask any additional questions you may have about your assessment and next steps.
